If you already have your image, please send it using one of the files of .jpg, .png, .gif, .svg.
If you need help in design work, please forward any examples of what you would like so that we can work up a proof for your approval at no additional cost. We will send the proof to your email so be sure to check your spam folder!
DELIVERY TIME:
Each of our pieces are custom and we do not keep back stock. Please allow at least 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped BUT, if you need it quicker, please state in the order notes and we will work with you. Note: If you require expedited shipping, the additional charges will be added to the order.

"Free design work" is defined as the development of a raw, original, single design by Ockey Design, and is limited to one such free image per order. Customer-supplied images do not have any restrictions or limitations.
For orders involving multiple, individual customer-provided designs, the following policies may apply:
Customers who wish to purchase multiple custom items, with individual graphic designs MAY be ineligible to receive bulk and set pricing discounts.
Eligibility will be determined on a case by case basis once customer-provided designs have been submitted to Ockey Design for initial review.
We encourage interested customers who wish to purchase multiple custom items with multiple, individual designs to contact us first, prior to making their purchase, and submit their design files and/or ideas for review.
